Delete Your Turkcaller Account

This page explains how to delete your Turkcaller account and what happens to your data. Turkcaller is operated by Nezbok Homes LTD (registered in the United Kingdom; registered office: c/o London Accounting Group Ltd, 26 Theydon Road, London E5 9NA, United Kingdom).

How to delete your account

You can delete your account directly inside the app:

1. Open Turkcaller and go to the Menu tab.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted and you are signed out immediately. This action cannot be undone.

If you can no longer access the app, you can also request deletion by emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is removed or irreversibly anonymized:

• Your account information (name, email address, and Google account identifier).
• Your verified phone number and your privacy settings.
• Any contacts you backed up through Contacts Backup.
• Your number-lookup history and the subscription records linked to your account.
• Notes and reports tied to your account.

What may be kept

We may retain a limited amount of data where required by law or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, security, and abuse records. Aggregated or anonymized statistics that no longer identify you, and community spam reports or number-information entries that do not identify you, may be kept to protect other users. Any such data is retained only for as long as necessary and is no longer linked to your account.

Deleting only some data

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove your backed-up contacts. From the Backup screen inside the app you can turn off Contacts Backup and tap Delete my data to permanently remove the contacts you uploaded, while keeping your account.
