Bu gizlilik politikası, TürkCaller mobil uygulamasının
(“Uygulama”) kişisel verilerinizi nasıl topladığını, kullandığını ve
koruduğunu açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş
olursunuz.
Özet: Uygulama reklam göstermez ve sizi üçüncü taraf reklam
ağları aracılığıyla takip etmez. Yalnızca hizmeti sunmak,
kötüye kullanımı önlemek ve aboneliğinizi yönetmek için gereken verileri
işleriz. Telefon rehberinizi yalnızca açık izninizle (isteğe bağlı);
yedeklemek ve numara sorgulama hizmetini iyileştirmek için yükleriz —
istediğiniz an kapatabilir ve yüklediğiniz veriyi silebilirsiniz.
1. Veri Sorumlusu ve İletişim
Veri işleme faaliyetlerine ilişkin sorularınız ve veri sahibi talepleriniz

2. Topladığımız Veriler
Hesap bilgileri (Apple ile Giriş): Apple tarafından
sağlanan adınız ve e-posta adresiniz (e-postanızı gizlemeyi seçerseniz
Apple’ın yönlendirme adresi) ile size özel bir Apple kullanıcı kimliği.
Sorgu verileri: Uygulamada sorguladığınız telefon
numaraları ve sorgu zamanı. Bu kayıtlar; hizmet kalitesi, dolandırıcılık
ve kötüye kullanım tespiti için işlenir.
Cihaz ve teknik veriler: Cihaza özel rastgele bir tanımlayıcı
(cihaz parmak izi), cihaz modeli, iOS sürümü, uygulama sürümü, dil ayarı,
IP adresi ve Apple App Attest cihaz bütünlüğü doğrulaması.
Abonelik durumu: Premium aboneliğinizin durumu ve bitiş
tarihi. Ödeme bilgileriniz bizde saklanmaz; tüm ödemeler
Apple App Store üzerinden işlenir.
Telefon rehberi (isteğe bağlı, açık rızaya tabi): Yalnızca
“Rehber Yedekleme” özelliğini kendiniz açtığınızda,
rehberinizdeki kişilerin adları ve telefon numaraları sunucumuza şifreli
olarak yüklenir. Bu özelliği açmadığınız sürece rehberinize erişmeyiz.
3. Verileri Hangi Amaçla Kullanıyoruz
Telefon numarası sorgulama hizmetini sunmak.
Hesabınızın kimliğini doğrulamak ve oturumunuzu güvenli tutmak.
Spam, dolandırıcılık ve otomatik/kötüye kullanım girişimlerini önlemek.
Ücretsiz ve Premium kullanım haklarını yönetmek.
Yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek.
4. Reklam ve Takip
Uygulama reklam göstermez, üçüncü taraf reklam veya analitik
SDK’sı içermez ve cihazlar/uygulamalar arası reklam takibi yapmaz. Sizden
Uygulamayı Takip Etme İzni (ATT) istenmez.
5. Veri Paylaşımı
Verilerinizi satmayız. Yalnızca aşağıdaki sınırlı durumlarda paylaşırız:
Apple: Apple ile Giriş (kimlik doğrulama) ve abonelik
ödemeleri (App Store) için.
Barındırma sağlayıcısı: Sunucularımızı barındıran altyapı
sağlayıcısı (Avrupa Birliği’nde bulunan veri merkezi).
Topluluk spam bildirimleri: Bir numarayı spam olarak
bildirdiğinizde, bu bildirim diğer kullanıcıları korumak için ortak spam
veritabanına anonim olarak eklenebilir.
Yasal merciler: Yürürlükteki mevzuat gerektirdiğinde.
6. Numara Bilgi Veritabanı
Sorgu sonuçları, kamuya açık ve topluluk katkılı kaynaklardan derlenen bir
numara bilgi veritabanından gelir. Bu veritabanında size ait bilgilerin
bulunduğunu düşünüyor ve kaldırılmasını talep etmek istiyorsanız,

adresinden bize ulaşabilirsiniz; talebinizi mevzuata uygun şekilde
değerlendiririz.
7. Rehber Yedekleme ve Topluluk Katkısı (İsteğe Bağlı)
Uygulama, isteğe bağlı bir “Rehber Yedekleme” özelliği sunar.
Bu özellik varsayılan olarak kapalıdır ve yalnızca siz
uygulama içinden açıkça etkinleştirip cihazınızın Kişiler iznini verdiğinizde
çalışır.
Ne yüklenir: Telefon rehberinizdeki kişilerin adları ve
telefon numaraları, şifreli olarak sunucumuza yüklenir ve yalnızca sizin
hesabınıza bağlanır.
Neden: (1) Kişilerinizi yedekleyip yeni bir cihazda geri
yükleyebilmeniz, (2) topluluk numara sorgularını iyileştirmek
(“bu numara kime ait” sonuçlarına katkı sağlamak) için.
Kontrol sizde: Özelliği istediğiniz an kapatabilir ve
yüklediğiniz tüm rehber verisini Uygulama içindeki “Rehber Yedekleme”
ekranından silebilirsiniz. Bu işlem cihazınızdaki kişileri
etkilemez.
Üçüncü kişiler: Rehberinizdeki numaralar başka kişilere ait
olabileceğinden, bu özelliği yalnızca paylaşma yetkiniz olduğunu
düşündüğünüz ölçüde kullanmanızı öneririz. İlgili kişiler, numaralarının
sorgulanmaya kapatılmasını ya da kayıtlarının kaldırılmasını talep edebilir.
8. Veri Saklama ve Silme
Verilerinizi yalnızca yukarıdaki amaçlar için gerekli olduğu sürece saklarız.
Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman Uygulama içindeki Profil ekranından
kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz; hesap silindiğinde ilgili kişisel
verileriniz kaldırılır veya geri döndürülemez şekilde anonimleştirilir.
9. Güvenlik
Sunucuyla yapılan tüm iletişim uçtan uca taşıma katmanında şifrelenir; cihaz
bütünlüğü Apple App Attest ile doğrulanır ve erişim jetonları yalnızca
özet (hash) olarak saklanır. Hiçbir yöntem %100 güvenli olmasa da
verilerinizi korumak için sektör standardı önlemler uygularız.
10. Çocukların Gizliliği
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaş
grubundan veri toplamayız.
11. Haklarınız
6698 sayılı KVKK ve ilgili mevzuat kapsamında; kişisel verilerinize erişme,
düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme ve işlemeye itiraz etme haklarına
sahipsiniz. Bu haklarınızı kullanmak için

12. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde bu
sayfadaki “Son güncelleme” tarihini revize ederiz.

This privacy policy explains how the TürkCaller mobile
application (the “App”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data. By
using the App, you agree to this policy.
Summary: The App shows no ads and does not track
you through third-party ad networks. We process only the data needed
to provide the service, prevent abuse, and manage your subscription. We upload
your phone contacts only with your explicit, optional consent,
to back them up and improve the number-lookup service — and you can turn it off
and delete your uploaded data at any time.

2. Data We Collect
Account information (Sign in with Apple): Your name and
email address as provided by Apple (Apple’s private relay address if you
choose to hide your email), and a unique Apple user identifier.
Lookup data: The phone numbers you look up in the App and
the time of the lookup. These records are processed for service quality and
fraud/abuse detection.
Device & technical data: A per-device random identifier
(device fingerprint), device model, iOS version, app version, language
setting, IP address, and Apple App Attest device-integrity verification.
Subscription status: The status and expiry date of your
Premium subscription. We do not store your payment details;
all payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
Phone contacts (optional, consent-based): Only when
you yourself enable the “Contacts Backup” feature, the names
and phone numbers in your address book are uploaded to our server in
encrypted form. We do not access your contacts unless you enable this feature.
3. How We Use the Data
To provide the phone-number lookup service.
To authenticate your account and keep your session secure.
To prevent spam, fraud, and automated/abusive activity.
To manage free and Premium usage entitlements.
To comply with legal obligations.
4. Advertising & Tracking
The App displays no ads, contains no third-party advertising
or analytics SDKs, and performs no cross-device/cross-app ad tracking. You are
not asked for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only in the following limited cases:
Apple: For Sign in with Apple (authentication) and
subscription payments (App Store).
Hosting provider: The infrastructure provider that hosts our
servers (data center located in the European Union).
Community spam reports: When you report a number as spam,
that report may be added anonymously to a shared spam database to protect
other users.
Legal authorities: Where required by applicable law.
6. Number Information Database
Lookup results come from a number-information database compiled from publicly
available and community-contributed sources. If you believe this database
contains information about you and wish to request its removal, you can contact

we will evaluate your request in accordance with applicable law.
7. Contacts Backup & Community Contribution (Optional)
The App offers an optional “Contacts Backup” feature. This
feature is off by default and works only when you explicitly
enable it inside the App and grant your device’s Contacts permission.
What is uploaded: The names and phone numbers of the
contacts in your address book are uploaded to our server in encrypted form
and linked only to your account.
Why: (1) So you can back up your contacts and restore them
on a new device, and (2) to improve community number lookups (contributing to
“who does this number belong to” results).
You are in control: You can turn the feature off at any time
and delete all uploaded contact data from the “Contacts
Backup” screen inside the App. This does not affect the contacts on your
device.
Third parties: Because the numbers in your address book may
belong to other people, we recommend using this feature only to the extent
you believe you are authorized to share them. Affected individuals may
request that their number be closed to lookups or that their records be
removed.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above. You
can permanently delete your account at any time from the Profile screen
inside the App; when your account is deleted, your related personal
data is removed or irreversibly anonymized.
9. Security
All communication with the server is encrypted at the transport layer; device
integrity is verified with Apple App Attest, and access tokens are stored only
as hashes. While no method is 100% secure, we apply industry-standard measures
to protect your data.
10. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect
data from this age group.
11. Your Rights
Under Turkey’s Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the EU GDPR, and other applicable
regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal
data and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact

12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will
revise the “Last updated” date on this page.
